Here's a conversation we have almost every week.
"The leads from Facebook are rubbish."
So we ask to see them. Then we ask a second question: how fast did someone call them back?
There's usually a pause. Then: "Within a day or two."
That's the problem. Not the leads.
Speed beats everything
Someone who fills in your form is interested right now. They're also filling in your competitor's form, looking at three other options and getting on with their day. Every hour you wait, they cool down.
Call within five minutes and you're talking to someone who still remembers why they clicked. Call two days later and you're a stranger interrupting their lunch.
The best ad in the world can't save a lead nobody calls.

The five-minute fix
You don't need an expensive system to start. You need five rules, and someone who sticks to them.
Send every lead to one place. Not five phones and a spreadsheet.
Alert the right salesperson instantly, on WhatsApp.
Send the lead an automatic hello, so they know a human is coming.
Make it a rule: call within 15 minutes during working hours.
Follow up at least five times before you call it dead.
Then measure what matters
Once every lead lives in one CRM, you can finally see which ad brought which sale. That's when the conversation changes from "the leads are rubbish" to "that campaign is making us money, let's put more behind it".
That's the whole game. Faster follow-up, cleaner tracking, more money into what works.
